Following her extensive global corporate experience in building business functions, leading teams, and executing strategy, Julie served as COO at an early-stage legal tech startup. There, she established the company’s operational foundation, spearheaded SaaS product development, and created investor benchmarking strategies — positioning the company for a successful Series A funding round.
Julie also serves on several boards, including as Vice President of Professional Development, Programs & Events at Puget Sound PMI – NW Chapter, where she shapes the professional development landscape for industry leaders and the next generation of project management professionals. She remains actively engaged in the startup and VC community, contributing her expertise to early-stage growth and innovation.
